Earlier on this blog I posted an article of a guy who made a better version of the first stage song than the actual in game song for Sonic 4. This is just another video I figured would gain some more interest due to the fact that its by a guy who might actually know more about how to make a good 2.5d Sonic game aside the several members of SEGA who are working around the clock(?) to make tweaks to their episodic masterpiece of $#!+
It may not be colorful, but it looks more faithful than the glamorously awkward mine cart ride.

Awww…He skipped the Giant Ring!
Is “remaking a game that’s existed for 15 years” really the same thing as “making a good game”?
I mean, what this guy made was really cool, but it looks like the game is exactly the same as Sonic & Knuckles. If I wanted to play Sonic & Knuckles, I’d just bust out my Genesis.
It occurs to me that waiting until Sonic 4 actually comes out and playing it for yourself may seem like a better idea than ripping it apart and pre-judging it based on a few trailers and Internet videos.
Psycho, the point is not the fact that it’s a remake, it’s the fact that it looks so much better than… whatever the hell Sega is doing. jut in terms of movement and gameplay. Now I know it’s not good to pre-judge, but how can you not when all the gamers have been burned so badly by the crap that’s been dished out already? Anyhow, just enjoy the damn video y’basterd
